Created to take its place in the future of the UAE and notably Dubai, the design of the tower currently named the Sailing Tower have been inspired by the city’s maritime heritage. Urban sail becoming a landmark in the city, this project unites together different architectural, cultural and landscape expressions. JPVP ARCHITECTES’ inspiration for the Sailing Tower was Dubai’s unique atmosphere, a city at the cutting edge of futuristic architectural projects. Designed to accommodate a cultural center in its first heights, the Sailing Tower will be prolonged towards its top by a hotel complex that will enable to discover the city’s skyline.
